Resita 245 years of metallurgy. July 4, 2016. Mountainous Banat Museum this year marks the anniversary of 245 years of industrial history in Resita. During May and June will reexhibition of the museum, with an area dedicated to the economic history of the Mountainous Banat

in the eighteenth and twentieth. The exhibition dedicated to the 245 year history of mining and metallurgy will be open on July 4, 2016. The event will be preceded by a scientific conference conducted during the same period (July 4th 2016) to be attended by historians dr.Wolker Wollman (Germany) prof . dr . Rudolf Graf of Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, dr. Fenesan Costin (Bucresti), dr. Velimirovici Felician (Resita) and other curators and researchers from Romania.

Museological events of Mountainous Banat Museum are supported by SC TMK, which in its turn is celebrating 15 years in Resita metallurgical activity.
